Empowering Educators. Strengthening Education. Securing Rights.

About TGLA
TGLA was born from the collective resolve of Telangana's government lecturers — those who faced injustice, fought back through courts, and emerged stronger. We are a registered association (Reg: 359/2023) headquartered in Nallakunta, Hyderabad, dedicated to protecting rights, securing dignity, and advancing quality public education across all 33 districts of Telangana.
Actively fighting for the regularisation, fair transfers, and service rights of every member.
Distributing free study material to students and supporting the Intermediate education system.
Standing beside families of fallen colleagues and driving social welfare programmes statewide.
Dedicated educators serving as the backbone of TGLA — united by purpose, driven by service.
Seven clear goals that define TGLA's mission — every effort, every initiative, every step is guided by these principles.
